We are a rapidly growing, international (Cape Town, London, Salt Lake City) digital education organisation passionate about delivering the highest quality solutions to government, corporate, higher education, and consumer markets.


We're seeking a Project Manager with a special cocktail of skills. For this role, you must be passionate about people and forging strong, long-lasting relationships - both with your client stakeholders and with your co-workers, who sit in offices around the globe. You should be extremely detail-oriented, and enjoy the process so much that when there isn't a process, you take pride in creating one. We expect you to be both fiercely independent and deeply collaborative - you must be able to work hard without oversight and communicate early and often with your project teams.


You must be willing to travel, sometimes for extended periods, to be successful in this role. You will work in a young vibrant team to deliver high quality digital learning experiences. To do!

Project management:

  • Deliver projects on time and within budget

  • Present regular reports on client accounts to management team

  • Drive improvement in delivery effectiveness and efficiency

  • Attends squad kick-off meeting and daily squad stand-ups (until course completion)

Managing key client accounts:

  • Partner with a portfolio of global clients

  • Manage the seamless delivery of our products and exceptional client service

  • Prepare regular reports on account status and manage project budgets

  • Drive further business opportunities with existing partners

Support business development:

  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and drive opportunities

  • Work with the management team on strategic projects and improvement initiatives

  • Support sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products

  • Study competition to find new ways to attract and retain clients

  • Represent Construct at conferences, events or other marketing opportunities

The key skills required for this role are:

  • People management, especially with a global project team

  • Developing trusted advisor relationships

  • Juggling multiple projects at a time

  • Maintaining a sharp attention to detail

  • Driving continuous improvement in the quality of products and service

  • Previous exposure to Learning Design and supporting Technologies, or an enthusiasm to learn

  • Demonstrable interest in and understanding of Agile Project Management​

  • Adapts to situations and understands new concepts quickly​

  • Strong written English skills​

  • Proven ability to self-motivate and work independently as well as part of a
    multi-disciplinary squad

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills & ability to work to deadlines


  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships

  • Communicate confidently, clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal form

  • Effectively use online collaboration tools e.g. Slack, Zoom, Google Docs
