We need you!

We're seeking a Chief Administrative Officer with a special breadth of skills to develop our small but critical Finance, Human Performance and IT functions.


You will be expected to play a leadership role across the company as a member of the top executive team and will have a mandate to implement processes that will continuously improve the performance of these key functions. The role demands that you will need to be deeply into the detail one minute then be able to stand-back to think and plan strategically the next, such are the demands in a small but rapidly growing business!

Human Performance

Information Technology

From a technology standpoint you will provide direction and oversight to our IT Operations Manager. There will be an opportunity in this space down the line to develop our infrastructure to support growth.


The Finance function requires numeracy, strong spreadsheet modeling capability, accounting skills and an ability to clearly articulate insights to non-financial stakeholders to aid the decision making process.


Your understanding of commercial drivers will make you a key player in determining our strategic direction, to support this the continuous enhancement of our reporting infrastructure will be required. You will get your hands dirty making bank payments, processing payroll, creating sales invoices and collecting cash from our clients when it is due. You will also be responsible for preparing the group’s trial balance from bank statements each month, working with agencies to ensure all external filings are completed appropriately.


You will play a key role to progress the success of the company through using your access to financial and people data to prepare key performance indicators as well as ad-hoc reports to provide commercial insight to facilitate decisions made across the company. You will manage the annual audits in each jurisdiction and will need to be well organised to retain company records.

To Do:

Human Performance:

  • Oversee Recruitment, On-boarding and Performance Management

  • Develop a communications plan, leading communications across the company

  • Building a professional work environment imbuing a culture of excellence

  • Develop and oversee implementation of company policies and procedures

  • Provide guidance to subordinate staff and evaluate performance

Information Technology:

  • Oversee IT operations including inventory management

  • Develop systems and frameworks to support a growing company

  • Provide guidance to subordinate staff and evaluate performance


  • Provide input into business and strategic planning

  • Continuous enhancement of our reporting infrastructure, including the integration of Financial and non-Financial KPIs

  • Prepare Monthly Trial Balance and cashflow statements

  • Liaise with external accountants to develop management accounts and ensure external financial and tax filings are made appropriately

  • Organization of company records ensuring practices comply with laws in all our global jurisdictions

  • Accounts Receivable: Invoicing and Cash Collections

  • Accounts Payable: Payments to Suppliers and Payroll

You’ll need to be good at:

  • Have excellent organizational and leadership skills with a proven track record of developing individuals and teams (5+ years management experience)

  • Be a 5 years PQE accountant (or equivalent experience) with strong spreadsheet modeling capabilities

  • Demonstrate a commercial and pragmatic approach to resolving business problems

  • Exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

  • Be driven, proactive, autonomous, and passionate about driving continuous improvement

  • Have a high level understanding of IT systems and processes, and their foundational role in the success of rapidly scaling business
